Track
Notice:
Both track shoes with spikes and normal running shoes are allowed for track races.
3 on 3 Basketball
Team:
-
One team must consist of minimum 3 players with up to 2 optional substitutes.
-
Only players and two coaches will be allowed on the playing side.
-
Substitutions can be made only when there is a dead-ball situation or if the ball is out of play.
Scoring:
-
Any basket scored inside the arc will be 1pt.
-
Any basket scored outside the arc will be 2pts.
Game:
-
One game consists of two periods of 5 minutes.
-
There will be a one-minute warmup before the game starts.
-
Teams will change sides after every half.
-
During the group stages and quarter-finals, it will ONLY be running time.
-
However, during the semi-final and final stages, there will be stop clock. Stop clock will only be effective during the last 3 minutes of the 2nd half of the game.
-
The winning team will be the team that scores the most points and will advance to the next stage.
-
The losing team is eliminated unless there is a tie-breaker, of which the team may called to play again.
-
In the event of a draw, 3 minutes of running time will be added for overtime.
Timeouts:
-
There will be a one-minute break after the first half of the game ends.
-
Each team will have a 30-sec timeout during each half.
-
In the event of a draw, there will be a one-minute break before the 3 minutes of overtime is being played.
Game Format:

Technical Fouls:
-
Bad language will result in a technical foul. If the player/ and or coaches display negative attitudes i.e. arguing with the referee, swearing, unsportsmanlike conduct, then it will be a technical foul. If the coaches/ and or players receive 2 technical fouls, they will be ejected from the game and the competition.

Game: Badminton Single

One match will consist of the best of 3 games.

Each game will be 11 points.
-
If the score ties at 10-all, the player that gains a two-point lead will win the game. In any case, the player who first reaches a max of 15 points will win the game.

At the end of each game, the players are required to change sides for the next game.
-
Before the match, a one-minute warm-up will be given to players.
-
A coin will be tossed to determine service or sides.
-
The server will continue to serve when a point is gained , and standing on the appropriate odd or even side of the court corresponding to the server’s odd or even score.
-
If the shuttlecock lands inside the inner side lines or the back boundary lines of the court during the match, it is considered in even if it bounces out after. Therefore, a point will be awarded to the player who hit the shuttlecock earlier.

If the shuttlecock lands outside the inner side lines or the back boundary lines of the court during the match, it is considered out. A point will be awarded to the player that did not hit the shuttlecock earlier.

There will be a one-minute break after each game.
Additional notes:
-
Players and/or coaches will be cautioned for bad language/unsportsmanlike conduct. If the umpire decides that their negative attitude is too excessive, then they will be ejected from the game and the competition itself.
Basketball
Game Format:

Seeding

Champion teams from respective RSC regions will not play each other in the group stages.

Other teams besides than the champion teams will use open bracket system.
Mini Soccer
Mini Soccer Competition
Team:
-
One team will consist of 5 players inclusive of one goalkeeper with up to five additional substitutes.
-
Only players and two coaches will be allowed on the playing side.
-
Substitutions can be made only when the ball goes out of play or when a foul occurs. (Note: Substitutions can be unlimited.)
Game:
-
One game consists of two periods of 6 minutes.
-
1 minute will be given to teams to warmup.
-
Teams will change sides after every half.
-
There is no offside rule.
-
The winning team will be the team that scores the most goals and will advance to the next stage.
-
Losing team is eliminated unless there is a tiebreaker, of which the team will called to play again.

(APPLIES FOR GROUP STAGES AND QUARTER
FINALS ONLY) In the event of a draw, teams will enter into penalties after the final whistle.

(APPLIES FOR SEMIFINALS AND FINALS ONLY) In
the event of a draw, 2 minutes will be added for extra time with the possibility of a golden goal. However, if the scores remain tied, then teams will enter into penalties.

Fouls:

If the ball touches the shoulder, it is not a handball.
-
However, if the ball touches the area below the shoulder onwards, then it is considered a handball. A free kick will be called and then it will be taken from the spot where the foul occurred.

Please note that players and/or coaches will be cautioned with a yellow card for bad language/ unsportsmanlike conduct. If the referee decides that their negative attitude is too excessive, then a red card will be shown, and they will be ejected from the game and the competition itself.

Cautions given will be up to the referee’s discretion. It can range from verbal warnings, yellow cards, or red cards.
