Virtual RSC 2021: JSC will be virtual, but the medals will be real. After the virtual awards, they will be sent to each school by parcel.

If an invoice is required, please request it from studentconventions.sotafe@gmail.com. There will be no refunds, it is taken into account for the payment of the participants' fees. The School Registration demonstrates your intentions to attend and therefore helps the Convention with preparations. It is necessary to make the deposit of the School Registration and complete your Registration online no later than October 22,2021 to be on time.

After completing the registration on the ACE Student Programs website, you will be receiving an email from studentconvention.sotafe@gmail.com. You will be required to fill up a Google form. In that form you will be required to submit proof of payment (acceptable file type: image or pdf), so please finish payment before filling up the Google Form.

Once your School Registration is submitted, you will receive a link and password for Entry Submissions.

All Events will be submitted electronically. Guidelines for video format will be indicated here.
 

       Acapella Video - 800: submit a video (MP4 format-mobile phone size) of 3 to 4 minutes of a song with harmony (at least two voices singing one the melody and the other harmony). It can be with yourself or with other people. It must be with people from the same school or homeschool group. There is no limit to the number of voices. It can be edited before submitting. The winners will be published during the awards ceremony. There are apps available like: Acapella Maker and Acapellato facilitate work or you can work with other software. It should not include instruments, only voices. Keep in mind the dress and behavior guidelines in the Student Convention Guide. "... singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs." Colossians 3:16           

 

         How To Video - 801: Submit a 3-5 minute video (MP4-size for mobile phone) that shows how to do something. It must be with people from the same school or homeschool group. Keep in mind the dress and behavior guidelines in the Student Convention Guide. The winners will be published during the awards ceremony. Registering from October 23 onwards (to October 30) will include late fees and must be paid by bank deposit or PayPal payment.
